Heavy-Deposition 18Kt Rose Gold Plating Solution STRONGOLD

The first acid electrolyte for 18 kt thick pink gold plating available on the market. This product is particularly suitable for decorative applications that require a gold deposit with particular hardness in a pink shade capable of reaching thicknesses up to 5 microns. The gold is co-deposited together with the copper in such a way as to generate an alloy with a title equal to 18 kt (75% of the composition is gold), a high saving in production costs. With a hardness of 400 HV the deposited layer is resistant and compact at the microstructure level. Most of the Gold / Copper electrolytic systems available on the market operate with an alkaline chemical system that requires a constant balancing of the Copper / Cyanide ratio in order to guarantee constancy of the title and color of the electrolyte deposit. This requires maintenance operations that lead to an increase in management costs during their use. Our system, on the other hand, is acidic and this allows to simplify the maintenance and its management making it completely similar to that of other acid gilding. These features make this plating bath the easiest to manage system of its kind available on the market today.
