Ready-to-use 930‰ silver alloy for casting in drops

SF928CHA is a ready-to-use silver alloy at title 930‰, designed for lost-wax casting in closed and open systems. It is particularly suitable for stone-in-place casting. SF928CHA is the 930‰ alloyed version of the SF928CH master alloy. SF928CHA granules are carefully prepared by using high purity silver (99.99%) through a special deoxidizing process, maximizing the alloy quality. The hardness of SF928CHA 930‰ silver can be increased by means of a heat treatment. Please refer to the technical chart for information on the correct age-hardening procedure. SF928CHA has a medium level of deoxidizers, this makes it suitable for casting in open systems, although the alloy can be used with success also in closed systems. SF928CHA offers excellent fluidity in casting, the as-cast tree is clean from oxide scales, it has extremely high shininess and lustrous color after finishing.
