Master alloy for soldering of 925‰ silver

LSA425 is a master alloy for soldering of 925‰ silver jewelry.
LSA425 is suitable for continuous casting and for ingot casting of semi-finished items such as sheet and wire.
Thanks to its formulation that allows deep mechanical working it is specific for processes in which the solder undergoes strong deformations, such as hollow chain and TIG tube production.
From the thermal point of view, LSA425 can be considered as an alloy with soft, medium or hard grade of solderability based on the amount of silver added. For further information on the amount of silver that has to be added to the master alloy, please refer to the technical guideline.
