Master alloy for soldering of 750‰ (18 Kt) white gold

LSB475A is a master alloy for soldering of 750‰ (18 Kt) white gold jewelry.
LSB475A is suitable for continuous casting and for ingot casting of semi-finished items such as wire.
Thanks to its formulation that allows deep mechanical working it is specific for processes in which the solder undergoes strong deformations, such as hollow chain and TIG tube production.
From the thermal point of view, 750‰ white gold made using LSB475A can be considered as an alloy with medium/soft grade of solderability.
Due to the nickel content in the formula, the usage of these solders is not recommended if the respect of UNI EN 1811:2011 standard on nickel release has to be guaranteed.
