FOV blue silicon rubber – 300x300x6mm – 40sh – 120C°

25 Kg package high value silicone rubber for investment casting with lost wax in blue color characterized by a reduced shrinkage and a good elongation suitable for creating models with high details. It has excellent malleability to allow the insertion of both small and medium / large models. It allows excellent smoothness for a large number of injections with a high quality level of details. It also has excellent tear resistance for easy removal of the pieces.

How to use:

Prepare the aluminum bracket suitable for the piece to be reproduced
Cut two rubber sheets suitable for the size of the slots of the bracket
Sprinkle both rubber sheets with matrix spray so they don’t become a single block once cured
Place the piece between the two rubber sheets (well pressed)
Insert the bracket with rubber and piece inside and proceed with vulcanization
Once it has cooled, remove the bracket and remove the rubber
Proceed with zigzag cuts on the side to facilitate subsequent repositioning, then remove the piece inside.
